Lost In Translation

Recently had to move out from my flat that I could not stay much due to coronavirus. I don't know if you ever experienced it but, it is tiring as well as it is enjoyable.

It is fun because of the fact that once you move out of this place, so you don't have to care about it anymore. Another point is, you will move out into a new place where is almost always exciting to think about what you will encounter. Not seeing the annoying and noisy neighbours, running away from the negative atmosphere, boredom or meeting with your new neighbours, learning about the places to visit and the excitement of the fresh start...

However, in order to get rid of the old and unnecessary memories or to embrace the new and (hopefully) positive ones, you have to do it; carrying your stuff from one place to another. Now this, is where the "fun" begins.

It is absolute hell. Pain in your back, in your legs, your neck and especially your poor arms... Though it is my third time to experience it, could not get used to it at all. It is definitely not my favourite time of the year. Honestly, I admire the patience, strength and willpower of the people who work in this business. Be thankful to your friends if you called them for help! Buy a pizza and a beer at least!

On the other hand, the result is amazing. Emptying your flat or putting all of your items into a fresh place is such a great feeling. Interesting that it can be seen in both ways. But when you think it just takes a day - a rough day - the result is worthed a lot!

(if you don't count the days that your arms and back are in pain and somewhat numb)
